As the designated conference hotel, the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel has reserved a block of rooms for delegates. The special room rate for the conference is $276 plus taxes per night for a standard room or double room. The special rate is only available until 5 p.m. on Friday, November 1, until the room block has been filled. You may still make a reservation after November 1 but room rates will vary and are subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are a college that has experienced challenges booking bedrooms, note that rooms currently held but not required will be released in the days and weeks to come, making space for your reservations. We ask for your patience as this process unfolds.
Email Jessica.Hegarty@sheraton.com who will take note of your requirements and is monitoring availability daily. Jessica will help to coordinate your bookings as rooms become available.
If you are a college holding bedrooms that will ultimately not be required, please release these reservations ASAP to allow your peers to make their hotel room reservations. The Sheraton Hotel will be formally requesting that multiple reservations under the same name be updated with primary guest names by August 30, 2024, or duplicate reservations with the same name will be released.
